Facility Fees include dining tables, chairs, linens, china, silver, crystal (plasticware at Poolside Patio and Upper Terrace), printed menus, set up, breakdown,
and on-property transportation. Times and Facility Fees will be quoted based on the function, date, time, and set-up requirements, and will be reflected in your Catering Agreement.
WINE CAVE & FOUNDERS ROOM
The Wine Cave is our most spectacular event space, ideal for wedding receptions, ceremonies, private parties or rehearsal dinners. The entrance to the cave is beautifully trellised, with vines and flowers creating an inviting reception area as guests arrive. Inside, wrought-iron chandeliers hang above, and create a romantic atmosphere for dining and dancing.
Inside the cave, the Founders Room is a smaller version of the main cave, an ideal location to display a wedding cake, dessert buffet, or coffee station.
LOMMEL LAWN
One of the Napa Valley’s most picturesque wedding ceremony locations. The Lommel Lawn can comfortably accommodate ceremonies of up to 120 guests with an adjacent area for cocktails and reception. A wooden bridge leads from Spine Road to the Lommel Lawn and the accompanying 180 degree view of our private canyon and Lake Lommel is nothing short of spectacular. This area is also especially well-suited to picnics, BBQs, and casual gatherings (weather permitting).
LAKEVIEW SUITE - LAKEVIEW PATIO / LAKEVIEW ROOMS 1 AND 2
With an amazing view of Lake Lommel and the bordering mountains, the Lakeview Patio boasts one of the most beautiful views at Calistoga Ranch. This shaded space sits adjacent to Lakeview Rooms 1 and 2. Each of these rooms features French doors, floor to ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light, ideal for a rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour or social gathering. These areas combine to offer beauty and intimacy for your next private event.
LAKEHOUSE RESTAURANT & PATIO
The Lakehouse Restaurant and Patio captures the essence of Calistoga Ranch with equal amounts of outdoor and indoor seating, the main restaurant and patio are separated by floor to ceiling glass doors that fold back to unify the space. The Lakehouse Bar and lounge areas by outdoor fireplaces make the perfect relaxation spots to enjoy the beauty of Lake Lommel and the surrounding hills. This special location is available on a daily basis for lunch events only.
THE CREEKSIDE CLUBHOUSE
Calistoga Ranch has chosen to complement Napa’s most unique resort experience with a new twist on meetings and events. Our new Creekside Clubhouse (built August 2006) allows guests the flexibility of planning a state-of-the-art meeting, casual breakout, or group dining event--all in a breathtaking, naturally designed space.

At the northern end of the pool is a large terraced patio, with views of the hillside and adjacent vineyard. The Poolside Patio is an ideal location for your ceremony and can be used in conjunction with the Upper Terrace for your cocktail reception.

Located just above the pool, this patio area is ideal cocktail receptions, an alfresco lunch or casual dinner.
