Special occasions deserve a memorable affair; whether for a milestone celebration,
family reunion or group retreat Calistoga’s unique setting and renowned service make
it an ideal locale for a special event.

Calistoga Ranch tables, linens, chairs and set up for your special event

Delicious passed canapés & sparkling wine for your welcome reception

Three or four course dinner, complete with wine pairing from our Chef for each course

Three Course Dinner: $175 per person
Four Course Dinner: $200 per person

Green Meetings Package

Calistoga Ranch’s Green Meetings Package is another way we excel as Napa Valley’s premiere meeting destination. Our Green Meetings Package includes the following features:

Function area space lights and air conditioning consumption will be used as sparingly as possible and outdoor meeting space/rooms- use of natural lighting.

Any literature printed in advance will: have expanded margins for greater print area and be printed on both sides of the paper.

Note paper to be provided at the back of the room as needed and not at each place setting.

Recycling containers in and around the function space.

Filtered and fruit infused water served in pitchers will replace bottled water.

Re-use of linens for multiple day meetings.

All items will be served in bulk, limiting the amount of packaging necessary.

White boards will be utilized instead of paper flip charts unless otherwise requested.

No Styrofoam products will be used.

Any hosted pre/post meetings will be paperless (all electronic).

Locally-grown food products will be offered and served whenever possible eliminating a carbon footprint.

Ranch grown herbs and mints used as garnish and flavorings.

Multiple natural settings for meeting breaks and breakouts.

Spousal programs that include eco friendly horticulture walks and bee keeping educational talks.

Use of paperless digital sales kits.
